Our Returns Promise
We accept returns and exchanges on most items, except:
- Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
- Personalised or altered items
- Items without original tags attached
Style Tip: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached for a successful return.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request using our template below.
- Pack Securely: Include all original packaging and tags. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping your new item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Requests
Prefer a different size or color? Exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
